Below, you can view my final evaluation for AnMed Health Pediatric Therapy Works and Clemson Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. In this evaluation, I assessed my internship sites for how well I was able to accomplish the goals I aimed to complete while interning. I also assessed my contribution to the sites to indicate how I may have benefitted them as a part of a team. Additionally, this evaluation includes a reflection on how well I completed my project, how my sites reinforced my decision to pursue occupational therapy, and my academic courses that were useful during my internship. Lastly, I explained how becoming certified in health literacy helped me improve therapy provided at both clinics. By reflecting on my experience as a whole, I can see how beneficial these sites were for gaining more experience towards my future career. Also, being able to reflect on my performance overall will only help me to progress in the pursuit to be an occupational therapist.
